SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please use the tracking number provided to keep tabs on your order's delivery progress and delivery time. Please review your address before placing your orders to make sure that shipping information is accurate.

  • Please review section on our return policy for further disclosures regarding order processing, shipping, and Return and In Store Pick Up Policies.

 

What are your delivery options?

  • Your package is on the way Basic Gal! We use United  States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail to deliver all of the orders that are placed to be shipped to our gorgeous Basic Gals.

  • Order turnaround time after shipping is 3-5 business days as per time frame delineated by USPS Priority Mail Service. For order delays please contact USPS and provide the tracking number provided to you in the email you received from us confirming order processing and tracking information for your order.

  • Can't wait for your goodies Basic Gal? Now you do not have to worry. At Basic Gal we offer local "In-Store Pick Up" for those of you that can't wait to become your own version of basic. Please see the section of Returns and In-Store Pick Up for more information about this option.

How can I contact your couriers?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, and you have your tracking information, you can contact USPS customer service for further tracking and delivery information. Please use the link below for options to contact USPS.

 What is your returns and "In Store Pick-Up" policy?

 

RETURN AND IN-STORE PICK UP POLICY FOR OUR BASIC GALS!

  • Being a small business means that we are doing our best to bring weekly releases for  our Basic Gals. Therefore, please read our “Return Policy” and let us work with you to   make you basically gorgeous!

  • Shop Basic Gal will accept returned items in exchange for Store Credit only! Store Credits can be used in all merchandise. Please read the following section on promotional and sale items.

  • Return Policy for Promotional and Sale Items:

  • Promotional Items can be returned for store credit.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

RETURN DETAILS: ONLINE ORDERS FULFILLED VIA SHIPPING

You will have 14 days to return your items from item delivery date. Returns have to be received back at the store within those 14 days. Please remember to allow yourself shipping time. Return received after 14 days from delivery date will not be accepted. Shipping cost returns will be the responsibility of the client.  

RETURN DETAILS: ONLINE ORDERS USING IN-STORE PICK UP

If you wish to return an order that was done via pick up, you will have 14 days from the date the order was fulfilled and notified as “Ready for Pick Up” via email correspondence. Please use date on “Ready for Pick Up” email to keep track of the 14 days allotted for pick up orders returns.

HOW TO RETURN ORDERS FULFILLED VIA PICK UP?

  • You can return “In-Store Pick Up” orders by scheduling an “In-Store Drop Off or you can choose to ship the items back to the store. Please read details below regarding return timeline to ensure that your order returns will be accepted and processed accordingly.

  • You can schedule an “In-Store Drop Off” within the 14 days allowed for returns. Please remember to use the date on your “Ready for Pick Up” email to accurately calculate this 14-day mark.

  • You can ship your items to the store within the 14 days from date on your “Ready for Pick Up” email. Please keep shipping time in mind if you were to choose to ship your “In-Store Pick Up” order for return.

TIP FOR OUR BASIC GALS:

If you were to opt to have your order shipped to you, once store pick up was fulfilled, such order returns will still process using the date on “Ready for Pick Up” email to mark the following 14 days available for return, since “In-Store Pick-Up was originally the method of choice for your order.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN IF:

  • The item presents any kind of evidence of wear and tear, or if the item has been washed.

  • The item does not have the Shop Basic Gal tag attached.

  • The item was purchased as a sale item. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

  • The item is an accessory, including but not limited to hats, jewelry, purses.   

  • The item is a bathing suit or cover-up.

  • The item is considered an intimate such bralettes and bodysuits.

  • The items received in gifting promotions, such as giveaway items.

  • Any and all items that were purchased via a promotional sale at 30% off or higher.

We reserve the right to deny a return depending on the circumstances surrounding said return(s).

 

RETURN/ PICK UP PROCESS AND FURTHER DISCLOSURES

Please email info@shopbasicgal.com to commence the return process. Once we have received the item, we will advise you if your return will be accepted and processed further, within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will send notification via email with return relevant information and you will receive the amount of your in-store credit. Accordingly, in-store credit amount will the original amount (minus taxes, shipping cost, and/or any discounts you may have applied at check-out) of the item(s) you purchased.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND ORDER LOST BY MAIL CARRIER

  • Upon receipt of your purchase, if an item is damaged, such damage(s) must be reported via email to info@shopbasicgal.com within 2 days of the delivery date. 

  • Shop Basic Gal will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information from mail carrier shows that the ordered package has been delivered. For undelivered, lost, or stolen packages, please contact your local United States Postal Service (USPS) office for help with recovering packages that have been reported delivered via your tracking email, and the corresponding USPS tracking number.

  • Any packages that are returned to sender will require the customer to pay for re-shipping of the order.

IN-STORE PICK UP POLICY – READ AND REVIEW IMPORTANT SEE DETAILS BELOW

 

For all orders that are placed with “In-Store Pick Up” as a preferred method:

  • Orders must be collected from store within Five (5) to Seven (7) business days of order completion date corresponding to your purchase.

  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that are not picked up after 14 business days of order completion, at any given time.


IN-STORE PICK UP SCHEDULING

  • Pickup times are available for scheduling Monday - Friday 9:00 AM-11:00 AM, or 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Saturdays’ available times for “In-Store Pick Up” scheduling times are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • For “In-Store Pick-Up” scheduling, please email us at info@shopbasicgal.com

 

If you placed an order using “In-Store Pick Up” as a preference and you would like to change your shipping method and ship it instead, please email us at info@shopbasicgal.com with your order number. Please keep in mind that you will have to pay the shipping cost to have the order shipped to you.
